Anyone configured and using DMS server/Media server on Jio ONT?

Have anyone here setup the ONT with a HDD and configured DMS server and able to access media over network on other devices?
For me FTP server works but the option to enable DMS server is disabled in ONT page.

For me, DMS has been working. FTP server keeps on disconnecting.

However, I don't use DMS often. I just connect my HDD directly to the TV. Never got subtitles working with DMS.
