Hi ,i have a 2 Mbps connection,since today morning i have noticed my download speed is fluctuating between 100-280 Kb/sec,goes up then down and so on...i noticed this using a direct download link using IDM (Internet Download Manager).
speedtest.net result was normal but pingtest.net gave the following error - 'The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading'.i tried again and pingtest just keeps on loading without any result :confuse:
