Is there any one here who is from Bandra West in Mumbai and has Tata Indicom Broadband in particular QP 360 or QP 180 -- Prepaid Plans. I am interested and would welcome any feedback regarding Tata Indicom Broadband in Bandra West, Mumbai. I specially need to know whether Tata Indicom Broadband works well in Bandra West in Mumbai. Dear Friends, Greetings. Please respond anyone who has TI Broadband in Bandra West, Mumbai as I need to know asap whether i should change from MTNL Broadband who have downgraded my Speeds for the last 7 Months now, and no matter who i approach at the Exchange there is no change at all. My Speeds are now at Abysmal levels and have been for a number of months. I can only access emails and nothing else through MTNL Triband. Should i write to the papers about this like the Times of India or to the Executive Director of MTNL Mumbai. "PLEASE GIVE ME SOME FEEDBACK SOMEONE" ANYONE FROM BANDRA WEST WHO HAS TI BROADBAND. Is there no one here at all from BANDRA WEST IN MUMBAI who can give some positive feedback on QP 360 or QP 180 and who has TI Broadband ????I say this because i do not have immediate neighbours who have TI Broadband even in the form of Prepaid Plans. most ppl here wud not recommend tata BB.(including me) and there are so many posts against tata BB here that no1 even cares to reply to such queries abt tata BB. they are all tired of saying NO.

You are obviously not aware of my problems with MTNL Triband which is like living in HELL !! I don't know how u can say Tata BB sucks when srk006 says it varies from place to place.
Others too like Sandy 84 and Power and a few more have had good experiences with Tata BB.
My Speed has been downgraded by the Folks at MTNL for the last 7 Months exactly and despite complaint letters in person nothing is being done to upgrade my speed,apart from emails, calling 1504 who never do anything etc and meeting MTNL Officials in person including higher ups.
Am i destined to suffer at their hands and pay their bills for such abysmal speeds ??
I am on DSL 599 which entitles me to a bandwidth of 512kbps upto 2 Mbps which i am clearly not getting at all just like my previous DSL Plan 2399 which has the same bandwidth and i am getting poor speeds like 20 or 25 KBS/Sec.
Earlier, it was the same with a different plan -- DSL 2399.
Take a look at some of my problems, and then u will understand why i wish to change to Tata.
I am currently in "The Worst Hell Possible with MTNL in Mumbai" that is why i wish to change.
I get crappy and pathetic speeds of 17.0 KBS/Sec while downloading from File Factory, A Maximum of 26.0 KBS/sec and a Minimum of 20 KBS/sec while downloading from link-removed for the last 7 Months and now too or sometimes even lower !!

I have been wrongly synched by the server room, yet they refuse to do anything about my problems nor does anyone care to do anything about my problems !!
The Biggest problem is this which MTNL refuse to do anything about:
Line Rate - Upstream (Kbps):256
Line Rate - Downstream (Kbps):256
The right one should be according to the plan DSL 599:
Line Rate - Upstream (Kbps):512
Line Rate - Downstream (Kbps):2 Mbps

as far as i know... with tataBB there are more ppl having problem than having stable connection.in case of MTNL its reverse. more satisfied (atleast satisfied that it works) than not satisfied users.why i didnt recommend tataBB is unless ur neighbour has it and is really happy with service and stability, u wud be going further down, because MTNL atleast works and if u have tataBB a/c then it might happen that its virtually no connection
