I live in Dattawadi, Sinhgad Road. I am looking for YOUBroadBand as I find their packages lucrative. Could anyone please help me out as in what is the speed they are getting in Dattawadi, downtime of internet, customer service in dattawadi ? I strongly recommend you not to go for youbroad band
I had 4 months subscription and in first 2 months it twice happened that the for a gap of 6 days i had no internet
The engineers dont respond
The customer care when called just say "sir we have noted your case and within 24hrs your issue will be resolve"
Nothing happens after that, you run pillar to post burning your blood
Bloody theives....go for other services/connections but not yourbroad band
