Back again to 1mbps but still no FUP crap

Last month I got FUPed at 30GB but the speed remained the same at 2mbps.


I got FUPed last night with speed halved and a crazy thing happened. I was downloading a large file from Microsoft so I enabled SOD for 2mbps. I dozed off for couple of hours but when I woke up the SOD was disabled as expected after one hour but the speed is still 2mbps.
