anyone here who has used tata indicom dialog?

I am planning to buy a tata indicom dialog which enables users to watch internet on tv and maybe a monitor too. have anyone seen that? have you used that? does that have a mouse? can we use that with our computer monitor?

Tata Indicom launches internet on TV device called dialog, With this service customers can connect internet on their television sets and access internet. This will be possible through data cards from TTSL Photon Whiz and Photon Plus which will turn television into an intelligent multimedia device. Dialog will be available at Rs 6699 with Photon Whiz and Rs 7699 with Photon Plus. But there will be additional costs for its accessories like mouse and keyboard etc.Initially it is being launched in Chennai and Kolkata and progressively it will be introduced in other parts of the country. The software for this product is developed by TCS.
The product has been designed for segments which have television set but do not have desktop or laptop. The product and concept is quite innovative but it is yet to be seen whether people would like to access internet over television. The pricing is also quite high keeping in mind one can buy a decent desktop within fifteen to twenty thousand which will offer more flexibility , functions and applications with economy.
