Anyone know how to recharge with discounts?

I am still trying to recharge for my connection. You call their number and they (IVR) said you get 16.6% discosunt if opted for 12 months. But the recharge card is available in denominations like Rs.100, 500 etcAnd when you ry to buy from these guys, all they know is, Around 1400 for 1 year renewal of my plan (South Bronze). But how do I get the discount? Where to? no Idea.When i try to recharge online with credit card, it gives no option for which plan to select. But just a round off number. Even if I can calculate monthly charges * 12 - 16.6%, the tax portion is unknown.Their customer care number is just a number, which I guess if phone connection is really to that or not. Everytime you call, you will never get through.

Recharge your account & call BIG TV customer care , ask them to activate South Bronze Pack for one year , It's very simple:thumbsup:

wow, is it so simple? I was wondering for almost 2 weeks on how to select the plan. So, its charge and call those guys to "take" the amount from the charge is it. Thanks. Will make it.

bigtv toll free no. doesnt work, i tried sevral times but 022-30338888 this no. works and after talking to customer care i came to know that for All india bronze pack (which is @135/- per month) i have to give 1489/- for one year, which includes 2 months free period. So for 1350/- basic cost i have to pay 139/- extra due to taxes, which is ~10%.And i have to activate these packs by calling customer care after recharging my account with 1489 or more. Further account can be charged by debit cards also (without net bankig)

I tried this number. But it does not go to Customer care guys. Its just IVR... :madness:

EDIT: Anyway, I have recharged it for 1300. Let me see when I can reach a customer care guy to enable the pack I want.

It takes long time to reach cc executive. First you have to select hindi/ english language, Then exixting/ new customerThen new plans offers/ existing recharge optionsThen cc ececutive

Man, i did get on CC after say 20min. He said he will enable the south bronze for a year. This happened today morning, and still nothing happened. Again trying for that CC. What a bullsh*t organisation? Do anyone have a direct number for these fellows?
