The Dosti Plan of BSNL offered free talk time between two SIMs, and by extension: the cell phones. I am looking for something similar. Any one can tell me anything about it?I am aware of the new Uninor 'Dosti' plan recently released in Andhra Pradesh. But I live in West Bengal so it's not available here yet. Any one can tell me the details about it, if they used it?Also anything other than Uninor that is similar to what I am looking for?
