I personally believe all these stories of kidney selling or now a child selling to be a paid and staged marketing gimmick by companies. I know some people might say that why will Apple want publicity from such horrific events, for that I believe good or bad, these days all that matters is news coverage and brand recognition, which apple reaps from such stupid acts.
If indeed these are not marketing gimmick, then surely people who sell their kidney or child are just mentally unstable and not a die hard apple fan, and thus should be in mental asylum.

iPhone 5s (32 GB) - Rs 62,500
iPhone 5s (64 GB) - Rs 71,500
In future if they provide 128 GB storage option with iPhone 6 or 6s then there's a possibility where the price reaches to Rs. 1 lakh.

Yes. On some news website I've seen the photos of the queues in various cities at Apple premium reseller stores. Lot of people turned up to buy the new iPhones. Here in Ahmedabad, I went to the Alpha One Mall where iPhone 5s was being launched. Too many people were all lined up to buy it.
