In an interesting turn of events, Samsung's legal team has asked Apple to hand over next-generation versions of the iPhone and iPad to make sure its own future devices will not be subjected to the same infringement claims the company currently faces as part of Apple's lawsuit from last month.

Excellent move from Samsung. And these designs should be made public. Something which Apple absolutely hates. They would feel stripped in public. Eagerly awaiting this move

hehe. as the article states Apple has one thing in their favor. on paper, samsung is asking to see hypothetical products. apple on the other hand asked to see products that have been announced and most of them have already been showcased in public.
