Applied for new connection

It has been like 30 days since i've applied for the new reliance brodband connection 1/2 mbps plan ...i've called them more than 3 times to apply for the new connection but nobody is coming to my house for anything .........WAT is with this reliance ?

Just called 3 times in 30 days....very bad.....should've called them 3 x 30 = 90 times
