i am talking a break from this thread for now. i would update whenever i have get a response from reliance.

dude. simple things.

reliance might have worked fine for you. but there are tons and tons of people who have been suffering from their services.

face the facts. accept the reality. just because you are lucky with reliance... it does not mean everyone would be.

this is becoming a common thing on the forum. you need to understand that your situation is unique to you alone. just because something worked fine for you, it does not mean it applies to everyone in the country. it does not really work like that in real life.

and customer care is THE way you deal with service providers. i do not understand what you are trying to say here. everyone should mail to chairman's office to get their problems resolved? seriously? is that the proper way of dealing with problems? what is the use of customer care department? why not simply ask everyone to mail to the chairman's office?

seriously. think. as for my blocking PM on this forum... it does not mean they have no ways to contact me. they have my phone number. they have my email address. i do not even use my real name on this forum. so how does that change anything?

two words. grow up.

First of all, I had no intentions to make you furious bro. I was trying to help in sorting out your problem.

Its not like that I am very lucky with reliance. My number had been cloned one, wrong billed thrice, unnecessary barred 4-5 times, but I fought for it and gt proper response. Forum is full of complaint bcoz those who are happy rarely share their experience. " Bad words travel faster than god one " .

What I am trying to say is if customer care is not providing you solution, then you should approach higher authority. A person who is being paid Rs 3k-4k and given a list of unpaid customers will only have the knowledge of outstanding amount. How cud we expect him/her to sort out your issues. Either one sud understand the functioning , or stop complaining.

Even I don't prefer using original name here bcoz my Job didn't allow this.

If you wish I won't be commenting any more . You are admin, you can anytime derigister me if you find my words offensive. Bt truth is truth. If there would be tons of complain, then every 3rd Mobile User in India won't be using Reliance.

as i said. i was not posting above as a moderator or admin. but mocking me for using the proper channel for support is something that i do not appreciate at all. if you want to suggest something, do it properly. tell me the email id or phone number i need to contact for escalated support. that would have been more mmm productive.

well i am just highlighting a simple problem.

reliance is shit. majority of people would agree with me.

and here comes one guy who has had good experience with reliance and he actually suggests another person to go for reliance cdma based on his own personal experience.

instead of saying, it has worked well for me so it 'should' work well for you too.

we get...

it has worked great for me and it would work great for you too. take it without thinking twice.

seriously.

same thing here. i am making a mistake by contacting the customer care to resolve my problem. i am the wrong one here to not contact this chairman guy who would surely resolve the problem for me. i mean what the F.

" i am sick and tired of listening to this tone on this forum. "

for years, i had no FUP issues with airtel. but still, i stopped recommending airtel to anyone looking for a broadband connectivity. i still get pretty good support from airtel. but i would not suggest anyone to go for them based on my personal experience. i look at the bigger picture and see that airtel has messed up big time. how hard is it for others to do so?

(think of this post from me as a user on the forum not as a moderator/admin. i am just expressing my frustration and i expect it to be taken as such).

Now I sud count this as I don't have rite here to express and share my good experiences . Wt others expect is only bad words about the companies.

You ur self is mentioning that " i am sick and tired of listening to this tone on this forum. " and just after that you are marking a disclamer to treat the post as nornal user.

Thanksyou for your valuable feedbacks. I would think twice now to give suggestions here adminji.

good word also travels fast eg: Beam BB in Hyderabad :P :P but with reliance its just not so infact its actually rare fr someone have good experience with them..

wow. i am seriously misunderstood on this forum. how fascinating.i ask a simple question and i cannot get a decent answer to that query.

Some Day are Gud , Some Day are Bad .Sometime we misunderstood other, sometime other misunderstood us !!This is life. No hard feelings from my side dude :)

@IndianMascothe asking u to post the email IDS that u were gonna PM him to post it here on the thread so if anyone else wants to contact them they can also and it wont just be a individual benefit...was this more clear :P

I just spoke with reliance nodal office regarding my bill which i received today . my main issues are that the waiver was not proper . they gave me waiver for 385 . when i called up nodal office he said total waiver is about 1210 .. he said the rest 825 will reflect in next bill . i told him im no longer your customer so why the next bill ?? he said that will still be generated on 27th september . HOW VERY FUNNY !!now comes a bigger issue, i had my internet disconnected on 11th august and the last day i used the net is 12th august . I received a call from them on 17th august confirming cancellation . but these guys have billed me till 23rd august. i told the nodal office guy im ready to pay till 12th august as thats the last day i used the net but i refuse to pay till 23rd august .. why should i ?? he said sorry I will not take any complaint regarding this . so i told him the magic words " - - - - OFF " he said mind your language . then i said " go ---- yourself and disconnected " .. Now i will have to take the pain and write down a letter to their main head office in navi mumbai ..lastly, they are refusing to tell me what security deposit they have off mine .. i dont have the details as the connection is a old one sometime back in 2005/2006 .. what should i do regarding this ?? i dont know if they have any security deposit or no .. im presuming they have because all broadband companies take installation charge + security deposit ...
