Are all Local/STD Outgoing calls free for Airtel xstream?

Got a new Airtel xstream connection.. planning to buy Panasonic cordless phone for using landline number. Are all Local/STD Outgoing & incoming calls free? Is there a pulse rate tariff for calls to other landlines/mobiles?

@Rickytohra I don't know about Rajouri but he said that voice calling will be available in Poonch within this year.
