Are my SNR and line attenuation values good or bad ?

Statistics -- ADSL

SNR Margin (dB): 22.1 13.7
Attenuation (dB): 26.0 15.7 Output Power (dBm): 10.3 0.0 Attainable Rate (Kbps): 11280 748 Rate (Kbps): 2044 507

I m using bsnl 800 ul broadband which frequently gets disconnected randomly (means the INET light in modem becomes unstable n starts blinking) n from 2 days youtube videos are automatically playing in 144p quality due to low speed again and again even after changing it to 240 or 360p although IDM is giving me 62-64 kbps speed on downloading.

SNR is a bit low and attenuation is a bit. Ask the line man for a clean line..

SNR: Higher the better - Your's is low
Attenuation: Lower the better - Your's is OK

My SNR Margin is ~20, but the connection is stable like a rock. 0 CRC errors.
OP's stats are OK. There's some problem with ISPs gateway. Better contact customer care.

Latency to where? Bsnl's latency isn't exactly the best. Bad streaming from what?
