Are router power-backup solutions a good buy?

So I've been working from home for a year or so and its annoying when there's a powercut and the power backup takes under 5 minutes to come back on.

During this I usually start my phone's hotspot and work via that for those 5 minutes or so. But its kind of annoying.

So then I came across router power banks which basically give power backup for a couple of minutes till the mains comes back. But honestly its a solution for such a trivial issue that I'm not sure if it's going to be a smart or silly purchase 🤣

Link to one such product: Oakter Mini UPS for 12V WiFi Router Uninterrupted Power Backup for WiFi Routers During Power Outage Upto 2 Hours Power Backup to Wi-Fi Router 12V up to 3A (Assorted Colour) : Amazon.in: Computers & Accessories

Has anyone been using something like this? And is the peace of mind worth it?

Yep, it works well. I had my network gear running on two of these router UPS units for over a year. Used to get 3-4 hour backup times too. You can look at Cuzor as well, one of the first such devices to come.

Switch over time it pretty quick, router/modem stays online.
this review does say it is an online ups so i imagine it should work fine.

the model i purchased has an on/off switch which means you can basically bypass the battery and power directly.

My Cuzor UPS died last week after ~1 year of satisfactory service, fortunately there was 10 days of warranty still remaining and I contacted them today, they've arranged a pickup from my address. The person on call said that they'll replace the PCB at their Bangalore service center and ship it back.

@LordSpymaster Do share your feedback on the same, I ordered it and have to cancel as it had only 6 months warranty, picked up Cuzor.

Testing backup currently, 2.30hrs without WiFi so far.

I think it ran for about 1.5 hours for me before dying. I need it to run for about 30 minutes so I'm happy with it.
