Are Value Plan recharges restricted to Jio app / site only?

Yesterday, I was trying to recharge my Jio prepaid number with a value plan (155,, 395 and 1559) through Amazon Pay, Google Pay and Airtel app using an offer available for mobile recharges. In all three apps, none of the three plans are available. So, are the value plan recharges restricted to Jio app / site?

Edit: tried with Paytm as well. No luck.

Yes you can’t even recharge them from any jio outlet. They are restricted to My Jio app and Jio website only. They know that ₹1,559 is the best plan when coupled with ₹222 50GB data.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they are removed anytime soon.

Just recharge them using Myjio App, these recharges not available on any other apps. When you are on payment page use wallet or upi option, recharge offers would still be applicable (except promo codes). Most of jio users doesn't even know that these recharge pack exists.
