Hello all wanted to know is there any VOIP settings for AIRTEL xtreme fiber users if so how to access same using SIP settings ..thx

I'm using grandstream pbx and i guess its based on asterisk.. freepbx also based on asterisk. In the pbx, i had to give +91xxxxx without domain name as username and there is a separate authId field, here i entered with domain name, like +91xxxx@ims.ka.airtel.in .

Outgoing issue mostly route related issue right? router is not knowing how to send the outgoing packets? BTW which router you are using? tried disabling sip-alg like services?

For voip i am using VLAN and skipping the firewall completely.
So I have TP-Link G3 for airtel in transparent mode. From it the cable goes to a Mikrotik switch wich does VLAN tagging.
From switch I have a port to a proxmox machine where a VM with multiple NICs for VLANs is added with freepbx.

Doing same setup for BSNL.

With BSNL - incoming works, outgoing doesn't work, get declined/failed message.
For Airtel - IP Phone with same setup works(static IP on IP Phone and using VLAN id) but with freepbx connection is not registered. Able to ping the gateway, SIP server IPs fine from freepbx machine.

Even if you remove firewall, still routing path can be problematic sometimes. If your Mikrotik switch has routeros then use torch to monitor the voip traffic and might give some clue.

I am using Nokia GPON G-2425G-A locked by Airtel and it does not have the Telnet or Backup option enabled. So no there is no way I could get the SIP server details. I am not getting SIP server details in Noida area. Could you please guide me in getting SIP details from my router?
