The nearest xstream fiber cable is about 200meters from my house. It has been like this since at least 3 years. During this time I have requested the coverage through the airtel app 4-5 times and everytime I get a response that "area out of coverage"(duh).
Meanwhile, Jio has laid their fiber and gone live in the last 6 months at my very location airtel refuses to service. There is another ISP as well who is already servicing the area.
The thing is, I have used airtel broadband since 2005 in Chandigarh till 2018 when I moved out from Gurugram, and have found it to be quite reliable.
Is there a way to reach someone in airtel to get this miniscule task done.
