not really as many other provide unlimited in USit was just that with the current iPhones and Ipad users flocking AT&T that their network got congestedalso MTNL wouldn't really be expecting people to download much of their unlimited plans and just set it up so that they have an unlimited if anybody wants to take cause somke people feel restricted on limited plans even if they don't do their quota for that month
