Stephen McFeely will be writing ‘AVENGERS: DOOMSDAY’ and ‘AVENGERS: SECRET WARS’. He co-wrote ‘Endgame’ and ‘Infinity War’ - This is great coz this movie will be story heavy. And a writer with the skill level of writing lame jokes for Rick and Morty can't comprehend this.

So the majority (like 90%) of people I have noticed hate the idea of casting RDJ as Doctor Doom. Coz how do you explain a major character returning as an entirely different character? Multiverse BS where a variant of RDJ ended up becoming a villain. Also, people wanted a Romani actor to play the character since in the comics, Doctor Doom is of Latverian Romani descent.

Casting RDJ as a villain reeks of desperation in a last ditch effort to save the MCU.

That's the takeaway from this? He did Oppenheimer and won Oscar for it just last year. He produced 2 successful TV shows both of which ended recently. He did a TV series which telecast this year. And he has another movie coming out soon.
