Videocon has been the same for me. I get a call usually within minutes from a local repair guy who comes to my place when he gets free from his previous appointments. Got a connection reactivated within 2 hours which included time to install the dish antenna at a brand new place.

if his Antenna is mis-aligned or needs shifting.
As this service is same like Telephone, where you subscribe to plan, it should be included in the Duty of the provider to ensure
delivery to his doorsteps.
and to prevent the mis-use of this service, the free alignment should be capped to once or twice every three months, but
companies like DISHTV are charging heavily for this no matter how old and premium customer you may be.

well. i had to get the dish reinstalled at a different place because the old dish was damaged during construction work 
prices were quite reasonable. compared to what the service actually costs compared to local cable guy.
