It seems you can delete your health id. Not sure what it achieves in the end though.

Probably a miscommunication on the govt's part when they asked the devs to make the site. The option will be deleted soon. Don't worry.

i mean it's not like you get on a blacklist. any time you use another of government service, it would probably get generated again. i am pretty sure they would end up computerizing public health care centers. if they are not doing it already. considering the officials there are now used to registering people on cowin.
