Bad IP POOL 59.xx.xx.xx

This IP pool of 59.xx.xx.xx is the worst in terms of latency and routing. I don't know why traffic inside India that usually are routed through DEC-IX and give 33ms latency become 330ms+ on this pool. Though I get wan ip from this pool only if disconnected between 1pm to 5pm. Otherwise 80% of the time I get IP from 117.211.6x.xx pool that is routed via BSCCL (Bangladesh). Singapore ping times are extremely low but European latency is almost 200ms + due to BSCCL buying bandwidth from China Telecom. Though there is another pool with airtel upstream 117.211.7x.xx but it is hard to get.
