i guess all should come to know iTv services are free and airtel is charging money for itlike i started iDarshan and it asks Rs.15 but the thing is nodal office says its free then why pay Rs.15.?these people don't even know how to fool others

Here is an update:
These wont let it happen easily so i spoke to nodal escalations manager and he promised me refund would be processed as soon as possible but to my shocker i was given a lolipop of zee classic and aajtak free of cost for life time. Even though there was Aajtak already in my pack.
they also sent me email

LOL there is no roopa i know and there was no call on my mobile phone for this approval.
So yesterday too i had a convo with the manager and he says he is getting refund processed i even took his direct number for future purposes.
These wont let it happen easily so i spoke to nodal escalations manager and he promised me refund would be processed as soon as possible but to my shocker i was given a lolipop of zee classic and aajtak free of cost for life time. Even though there was Aajtak already in my pack.

i thought aaj tak was a FTA channel!
Airtel on its website under a-la-carte mentions Rs 10 for Aaj Tak

Except DD channels, i think Airtel charges for all channels, even if FTA!

So its like mention them free on website (by well crafted words) but dont actually give them free. If customer objects a lot then give refund!
Btw there is change in wording on their website after i raised lot of objection the last month.
Now they mention it clearly what is free and what we have to pay extra.
As of now I am also getting 3 games free and iAstro and i News services.

Depends on the pack u r on. i am on eco. sports pack, Also u shud be on SES-7 satellite and not on INSAT-4CRyes iAstro and iNews are working (havent checked from yesterday though)3 games are Emotional atyachar, tees mar kha, kaun banega millionaire.

I am on Annual ultra and i was given 4 games free but none over there is actually free (guess have to fight for this too)
And till 2-3 days back only iLearn was working according to airtel too

You may see [thread=66263]this thread[/thread] (if not already seen) to know how much i fought. I dont understand why airtel continues same policy with others. If customer complains then enable else charge them for nothing!
