Confirmed. 3G Signal back in 2G plans here in Gandhinagar (Gujarat).
I'm still not able to access the 3G network even without any data pack. I m from Punjab. Tried in my Connection as well as in my brother's connection using different handsets.....

I was using 2G Internet earlier. After 2G period expired, I recharged to get 3G, but phone is refusing to show 3G network at all :(

And my brother is using 2G internet pack, so cant get 3G network on his sim as well...

Today I finally got rid of my 1.6 year old TATA DOCOMO no. from my life. :D

Bought a new BSNL SIM including free special no. of my choice!
Now I guess its time for me as well to try BSNL 3G or Idea 3G :)
