Bad pings to gaming servers on MTNL Broadband

Hey guys I'm new to this forum. I have MTNL DSL Unlimited 999 Plan and Frequently I get around 300 ping on singapore official VALVE servers in CS:GO and after few days (like 1 week or so) it comes back to normal like 60-70. This has happened 4 times now anyone got a solution? Because when I contact to mtnl they only ask me "Is your internet on?" thats it! They don't even know what is "PING". So please post your suggestions. Any help would be appreciated.

This is a huge problem in MTNL, facing this since many days. Complaining them is of no use

We already hav a huge thread on this....... no need for another one......
Ping to SEA r rly bad..... atleast its coming back to 60-70 for u....... some havnt seen tht kinda ping for couple of months now...... And yes they dont understand "Ping" or "Pk loss" at all....... no use complaing......
I think they should switch back to Airtel routes again which were giving good pings...... this Sify routes r terrible........

I think the ping issue is fixed coz i am getting normal ping now from yesterday
