I am from mumbai having triband since past 3 years. 2 days back my ADSL light went off!!!! no internet for 2 days was pissing me off!!! Repetead calls to 1504 did not help at all!!!! 15th of aug being independence day all their offices were shut!!!! I called up my exchange,they told me that we are not responsible,the main line comes fromn prabhadevi??? I called up prabhadevi,they told sion is responsible. what the hell??? finally i called up GM broadband and after 50 hrs my net is back???according to you all what was the problem,cause my phone was always on.from where does my line come from......????

50hrs is pretty fast considering 36hrs were NOT actually office hrs! But I think your prob must be at exchange level (i.e. for all) otherwise it wudnt have been solved this fast.

well, i guess the situation in Delhi is much much better...yesterday at 2pm i registered a complained at 198 stating that my line is noisy and lineman visited my place by 5 pm and resolved the problem.
