For last 4-5 months, Rs 30 (For music station) and Rs. 20 (for MTNL Vault) is getting deducted from my balance......I have never subscribed for them, I am sure of it.Last month, I sms'd for MTNL vault cancellation and called 57777023 for unsubscribing but just today they got renewed again even after unsubscribing.I called their customer care number 1503 for complaining and cancellation today. After 2-3 hrs of finally getting to talk to customer care executive (I called again and again just to hear that you are in queue), the CC executive told me to send 'unsub 57777' to 155223 to stop all this but when I send the sms, every time delivery failed reports comes back.Now can anyone tell me what to do and any sms way to unsubscribe to music station service as calling their unsubscribing number is not working.I receive the Music station renewal sms from +57 777030 and in message they also ask to call 57777023 to unsubscribe which I am calling but it is not working.Thanks & Regards
