I have a 1MBps connection and anytime of day my bandwidth stays around 1.05 to 1.1 MBps. Doesn't matter what the internet traffic is. So should be a dedicated bandwidth.

According to the Airtel customer rep I spoke to a month ago, they only guarantee 80% of what you pay for.
