Banks scamming customers by charging for government schemes without consent

So I checked the statement and I couldn't find this charge for last year. Maybe they did disable this scheme after my complaint or I missed something

Now I will have to keep an eye on my sbi statement. They were already trying to include an insurance policy at account opening time
