BBG250 HOME to BB HOME UL 750

I gave an application to BSNL for changing my plan from BBG250 HOME (1GB/month) to BB HOME UL 750. They said its done. My question is am I Unlimited right away or should I wait till the start of my next billing cycle? ThxMani.

1. Download any file from Microsoft and check your speed. Your speed will be 64 KBps (512 Kbps) if your plan is UL 750.

But don't start downloading in a haste.

2. Check your current plan and usage here

You need to register here. Mostly plan changes comes to effect on 1st week on next month.

Check the current plan and usage details. Usage details will be zero if you are really unlimited plan.

Thanks! The selfcare site is showing BAD GATEWAY since yesterday. So I called the helpline and they said the plan is not yet converted. But will be done soon. The usage was not shown even when I had limited plan. It always showed no record of usage.

I have changed plan twice and both times they did it in 3 days. I placed a request online for change of plan.

The selfcare site is working now but my plan has not been changed yet. I hope it will be changed soon. @dhananjayk: Did you change your plan from limited to unlimited? How did BSNL charge you when the they changed the plan? I want to know say if my plan is changed on 20th November... will they charge for 20 days on limited and for 10 days unlimited?

Till 20th you will get charged according to the previous plan and for next ten days it will be unlimited.

Yes i changed plan from BBG FN500 COMBO to UL900. They charged 500 initial deposit for FN500 plan.
They did not charge me difference amount (400 Rs) for UL900 plan.
