Cambodia 1975. Phnom Penh is under siege at the end of the Vietnam War. Only the presence of the last remaining US troops, is keeping Khmer Rouge guerrilla forces, from overrunning the town’s fragile defenses. A stunning Vietnamese nightclub singer engages in a battle of wits and deception between her two lovers, in an effort to escape Cambodia and start a new life.
