Best broadband ISP in Thane

Hello , I'm staying in Patilwadi near Siddheshwar Talao in Thane .I'm looking for a reliable ISP with very less network outage .
I dont need much data .I heard MTNL is best .
Can you please help me choosing the best ISP among Hathway, MTNL and fivenet .
Also , please let me know the nearest MTNL exchange to Patilwadi .
I found plan DSL_Unlimited_550_Combo from MTNL in below link as the best suitable for my needs :

I am a subscriber of 1&1 Broadband for last 3-4 months and I am satisfied with their service.

1&1 Broadband Internet

They have a range of plans. If you are a heavy youtube user you will find this ISP to be the best. I dont know how and why but all Google and Microsoft websites give speeds in MBps regardless of what plan you are on. Torrents are not blocked and you get full speed of your plan. Touchwood, I havent faced any downtime since I subscribed to 1&1. You might want to give them a call.

I have switched from MTNL to 1&1 since 2 months .
They have plenty of options to choose from .They also offer good customer service .
