Best Budget Tablet (Max: Rs 8000)

I'm looking for a good budget 7" tablet under 8k.Pls give me some suggestions
Main purpose will be reading e-books,for web browsing,little gaming & watching movies.
Battery backup should be atleast 2hrs.
No call facility needed
3G Dongles must be supported.
RAM: 1GB
Internal memory: 8GB
32 GB memory support
Warranty,Wi-Fi,bluetooth must.
I hope all the tablets support USB tethering.Correct me if I'm wrong.Heard that something is wrong with HCL tablets long time back.Couldn't recall it...may be it's an essential feature??

1st gen nexus 7 wifi version does support 3g dongles. But doesn't have an external slot.

Croma e-Tab 7" is retailing for 7999. It also has 3g calling.

8K!! When?? I think FK never sold nexus at that price..

I am pretty sure you have to root it to make N7 work with 3G dongles.

What about USB tethering? Is it supported by default? (without rooting)

7999 was the price I think during the recent sale. Add 10% discount from HDFC and it goes down even more.
USB tethering should work on any Android device running 2.3 or better I think with data enabled SIM.
Not sure what usb tethering you are seeking on wi-fi edition of Nexus 7

Nexus 7 (Wifi) should be rooted for both dongle & tethering support. But it's Nexus 7, with a good community support & DIY noob guides. Anyone can root it in few touches ...
Btw, usb tethering is just sharing your phone or tab's data connection with other devices like lappy or desktop via usb cable. So you need either a dongle or a cellular tab to use usb tethring with computers in general.
