yea canon powershot gets good reviews for picture quality...but i prefer Sony cybershot even though reviews are usually not so good - coz im a fanboi recently (never had a digicam before) bought a sony cybershot W 120 (7 megapixel with video recording) and gave it to my sis... now i need to buy another one!

yeah! any professional photographer will always vote for Canon or a Nikon.I have always noted that Sony cam's produces pictures which looks a bit greenish in color..

I have Sony W80.. Its very good..Somewhere I was reading that.. All the companies use the same camera lens..so it doesnt make much sense..apart than that all companies have different features ..

i think Sony uses the Carl zeos lens..canon and nikon make lens for their own..
