Hi Forum folks..Looking for some serious suggestions..I wanna gift something to BSNL Bangalore people before I close my BB connection and move on to other service provider..Believe me I have had enough torture with this connection (for almost 1.5 Yrs) and with the BSNL service people..I want these BSNL guys to have the similar kind of torture..Suggest me all the ways that are possible to screw them up..As of now I am thinking of gifting some rotten eggs and tomatoes to these great providers. Every month with out fail they send the bill..Even after paying a monthly amount of Rs 2272/- I am not even provided a minimum of 4-5 hrs good connectivity. Since I am working my need is only to have connection from 6PM evening to 8AM in the morning and over weekends & holidays. Could have complained almost 30-40 times till now. But never there was any action. First of all though I have provided my mobile number they try to call on my home landline number during weekday office hours and since they wont get any response they simply close the tickets. The main problem for me is I will have zero connectivity (the internet LED indicator on modem never lights/blinks) most of the time..If I am lucky some times and get connected dont know when I will get suddenly disconnected..By the way I have Home1800 with 2Mbps plan and my number is 08025719741.
