Best smartphone within Rs 15,000?

This will be my first smartphone. I don’t know much about them. I want one that has good pic and video quality since I want it to take pics and to videochat.

I was told I should get one with a large memory and good processor.

Can you tell me which is the best phone within Rs 15,000 [or maybe a bit more] that will take good pics and where I can hear the other person’s voice clearly when I videochat?

What other features should I look for? What memory and processor should it have?

I don't play games on the phone. thanks!

I had a OnePlus One, and Pixel 2 XL feels bigger than that. But as it turns out, both are more or less the same size. I think I've gone crazy. I'll compare both the two phones tomorrow, I still have OnePlus One with me.

Best is to visit a Samsung outlet. Check the various A series devices. Get an idea of the size. And buy something that feels handy enough. I think it's now more about weight than dimensions. Pretty much every device out there comes with a 6+ inch display now.
