Best smartphone within Rs 15,000?

This will be my first smartphone. I don’t know much about them. I want one that has good pic and video quality since I want it to take pics and to videochat.

I was told I should get one with a large memory and good processor.

Can you tell me which is the best phone within Rs 15,000 [or maybe a bit more] that will take good pics and where I can hear the other person’s voice clearly when I videochat?

What other features should I look for? What memory and processor should it have?

I don't play games on the phone. thanks!

Thanks, everyone. I looked up your suggestions on Amazon. They’re highly rated but they have some negative reviews as well that make me hesitate.

Sales are going on at Amazon and Flipkart. Is there any phone that is a great bargain right now? By that I don't mean the cheapest phone, but one that has the features I want, ie good pic and sound so I can videochat. And a large memory and good processor.

But it’s usually more expensive but there’s a large discount right now. Is there any such? I love a good bargain!

I would love to suggest a stock android phone but one is Chinese (like its mentioned above its a 1 update company, if you are lucky) & the other has no new models (Asus promises 2 updates but isn't even competent to give bug free security updates) . So that leaves Samsung take a look at
their M31/M21. With the credit card discounts & exchange offer the price could come down a decent bit.
