Bharat Fiber : Experiencing reduced speed since past 2 days

I have been getting around 1-2 mbps download speed since past 2 days. Before I used to get 20 mbps in day and around 45 mbps late at night. I'm in Jammu. When contacted LCO, he says everything is normal from their end.

Same here.. Getting 1 to 2 Mbps download but upload is full at more than 50Mbps. My LCO told me that due to Cyclone some main cables damaged in eastern region.
 
It must be due to cyclone damage in Eastern India. But, I'm in extreme north India and speed here has reduced considerably.
