To hell with Airtel's new undersea optic fiber cables, new or old, Airtel doesnot know how to give more bandwidth and UNLIMITED speeds to its (until now)loyal customers. Down with Airtel and its brand. Am waiting for Reliance Industries to launch the LTE 4G wireless broadband, they are supposed to give you upto 100mbps unlimited solutions.

These days I m seeing general perception about craptel is of anger only... once upon a time craptel WAS know for its best service delivery and consumer satisfaction. But now this seems not to be the case. After the MNP launch, lots of mobile customers have left Airtel (although a lot joined too, but with time: may be around 6-10 months we will come to know of the actual picture). And same is going to happen in the landline and broadband services, if people are given good alternative [Mr. Ambani, are you listening ] All in all, it is just a matter of time, alternatives available and people choice .
