Well if their track record is to be judged by how long it took to take out IPTV, then we are looking at Oct. 2020 really. And god only knows if the govt. will finally auction the spectrum. I think if I see mobile number portability and 3G before I am 80 I will be happy. (By that time of course mobile phones would be obsolete and the world would be on 4000G internet).

I would not be surprised if this actually happens. Even bsnl is not launching their services in Bangalore yet
