Hi, I had transferred amount from Saving Bank into UPI Wallet x of BHIM , using BHIM App. However the amount is not credited into it.
Raised complaint with Savings bank, but no resolution. I have a complaint raised against BHIM as well, but there is no customer care to talk to for BHIM issue.
Any ideas how to resolve the issue? Do anyone know how to escalate BHIM issues , tried their portal , it just says complaint submitted , but no reference number.
