BIG DTh satteliate reception

Big Dth users which satelliate is used for ur signal reception .also r u able to change the sateliate and subsequntly receive diffrent band of tv channels.
currently this is not possible in any of dth provider ( they put complicated software for this) except DD Direct plus(which changed its signal to insat).

It is on Measat 91.5E. We can also get DD dth along with it which is at 93.5E. Big tv stbs are also locked and you cannot be able to tune to get other satellites. But Bigtv dish can be used to receive other DTH services.

Is ther not a way to unlock STB .. OR bring a all new compatible STB ( chinese ones) which will work with the big dish:cool2:
i heard thing long ago that pirated dubai smart cards can be used for this purpose
what about the smart card option of big dth is it changeable?

what actually is the function of the smart card in stb .. handle subscripion or choosing the desired satteliate signal?
