big TV installation pending for more than a week

I bought the connection onlast tuesday and called the customer service and they told they will installl with in 72 hrs alreadt 8 days gone still no one has come for the instalation. what should i do if some one help it will he great.i tried to reach the contact center they are telling the person will be available in 24 hours already 6 (24 hrs ) had gonei made a mistake by going for the big tv. i should have gone for some other services.even the installation take this much os timeafter installation what will be their service.....

Next time u call the customer care , take a ticket no or a docket no, and tell them if it doesn't get installed within the next 24 hours, u will ask for refund and return the box to the place where you bought it from...

Yes, this was the idea followed by me.. My installation is over. But One thing is still confusing.. when i called to give a last warning yesterday to big TV, the CC said you do not need to call here after sir, your connection will be installed. I am assuring you this time 100 %. I guess the installation schedules are pre-decided on their back end services.. but only for the front end they say to the customers it will be done as soon as possible.
