BIG TV not comming in bangalore

Both are same! Few days ago I just make a simple call to Airtel but they are also noob and even you need to 20 to 30 seconds to get response.I never belive on CC and not depends on them. I know online forums have better information then those stupid people.

My Goodness !!!I guess you have the very sad about Airtel. I am using Airtel services for more than 10 years now. (Airtel Mobile/Landline/Broadband)Compare to the other CC, it is very good in response. The wait time of 2 or 3 seconds acceptable.. not like BIG TV. I need to wait for 20 Min to 30 MIN on hold to speak to any of the CC officer.. Moreover they say, "System is down/Server is slow" all those things.I do have the bad experience with Airtel not denying that on few cases. But on the Average, it is very fair.Till today, My mobile never said "Forbidden Access even in roaming" / My LL, never had a Dead situtation for more than an hour. My BB never went down.Considering that factor, Airtel CC are the best in where you are waiting just 3 or 2 seconds.

DTH cc is one of the worst and I know all DTH have facing same problem of system down. That's why I choose Online forums like this, SOD and others as some experts knows more better then those people who took money and not help us.

Yeah,I agree DTH CC.. But not an Overall CC.As i do not own Reliance Mobile, i do not know the service about the Mobile operation/BB etc.As far as my experience, SUN DIRECT and BIG TV DTH is irritated me more. BIG TV and SD are one in the same in DTH CC. They do not know anything.But TS, When i just called to inquire the connection, the CC was well trained, he knows about the information including the technical stuffs.Once i had a call back Service from Dish TV, where they were also able to provide me the enough information.Those two services were like , you can know all the details from them, if you wish just go and book at retailer shop.But SD and BIG TV, we need to again have a check as the CC does not provide any clear information.

DISH TV and Tata Sky - may be at good CC and BIG TV and SUN Direct may be not so good at CC thats because those (Dish and TS) are the oldest players (like an experience employee) and other 2 (BIG and SUN) are newer players (like a fresh out of college). You cant expect a miracle in real life - so come out of bollywood reel life and let those freshers get some experience.Review their CC again on January 2010 and i am sure they would be much better than Dish and TS (if they survive by that time) :hysterical:

agree with designwebgraphic on the same , Dish and Tata are the oldest players in this business and they already have a large customer base, the new comers, have to fight out to get new subscribers or to eat into the existing ones,which can happen only if the offer better pricing and packages and performance which i don't see happening as of now

How you can say economical packages?

Dish Maxi + Sahara Pack + CNBC Pack = 350 Rs
BIG Start Pack 3+ Sports Pack 1 + English Movie Pack + Hindi MOvie Pack + Kids Pack + Star Cricket + News Pack = 340 Rs.

Covers most of channels which customer wants. Only Miss NEO Channels, Zee Trendz, Zee Cafe and BBC.

:huh: The Issue still remains Resolved and now its Turned into a Mystery....The CC says my case is being escalated to the highest Level with BIG TV. But dont know I can only assume things.I there any Zonal/Nodal Office Info for BIG in Bangalore present . If some one has it handy pls share.:huh:
