BIG TV Recharge by Credit card

I'm a Big TV subscriber from Sri Lanka, for last couple of months I have a BIG headache due to renewing my subscription through my credit card. My subscription has ended last month, thereafter I tried to renew my smart card several times with my credit card (HSBC) through big tv online portal, while I'm recharging an error message was appeared on each attempt, the error message was "Your payment request is declined by the bank. Kindly contact your bank for further assistance."Thereafter I contacted my card issuing bank (HSBC) made a query about that, they said that there is no problem with their side and request me to contact the merchant (BIG TV)Earlier I was used DISH TV for more than four years and there were no problem in renewing by using the same credit card, let me know are there any other alternatives to renew my subscription from here.

I have faced same, but u can do use ur CC by phone call too ( i m not sure ) call customer care and check.

I am Renew my subscription every month of bigtv using my credit card /debit card and never faced any problem as mentioned above ...u need to check correctly once again with the bank guys or call customer care of bigtv or use any cash card if they are available in your country, region etc.
