Reliance is known for hidden charges.I got a Reliance Broadband+ connection since a month and guess what , they sent me a bill on a prepaid account. I received a huge negative balance of the order of a few thousand and Reliance won't listen. When I said that how can you bill on a pre-paid account, they said for customer convenience they're allowing negative balances.........My service has been put on hold. Where can i complain regarding such negligence? Anyone faced something similar??
