I applied for airtel broadband a month ago. And within 2 days i got my connection installed and activated. I got the Beetel router for the first time. And for 20 days it didnt connect at internet at all. Whenever technician visited, he made some settings and it started working. But after switch off and on, again its not working.
Then i called up customer care, and they finally decided to replace the router and i got Binatone DT850W. Its been 10 days that i got the new router, but wifi is never configured on that. The technician says he will bring the new firmware and will configure. But he has never turned back. And am unable to find any firmware online for model Binatone DT850W.
I dont know how to use wifi now. I am not even sure about to disconnect the airtel connection or not.
If anybody has any better idea or the firmware of this model, please share.
