Just did Biometric verification for Gas connection today. Went early morning at HP Gas office. Its more like any govt office where employees shout at customers and their Servers were slow. Already 8-10 senior citizens ahead of me were struggling as their finger print was not working, and Iris scanner was taking long time. Really horrible experience for senior citizens. I was lucky to get it done in 2 min as my fingerprint authentication worked.

Same. There is an app too. I was thinking of trying that. Not sure how accurate it would be though. lol

maybe they would get cylinder delivery people to get it done. dekhe at the time of next delivery.

HP Gas website had KYC option. I tried that over weekend, but it always displayed error about unable to send OTP.

HP did it here a few weeks back through delivery agents while receiving the cylinder
