Blue Light on ONT

I have never seen blue light blinking on JIO fiber but today, its blinking blue. Anyone knows what does blue light represents?D9-BDB6-BA-7753-4-D95-9419-5575-DAAF8-BCF

If it is firmware upgrade then the firmware must be in Terrabytes as the Blue light did not go off for 8 hours.
